Navigating through NetSuite’s comprehensive features, it’s easy to miss out on tools that can make a big difference in managing your business processes. Today, we’re diving into how you can display related item fulfillments directly on your invoice form, mirroring the convenience seen in the Related Records tab on Sales Orders.
Setting Up Your Saved Search:

- Initiating the Process:

- Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
- Select Transaction for the type of saved search.

- Crafting Your Search Title:

- Title it Related Item Fulfillments or any name you prefer.

- Defining Your Criteria:

- Under the Criteria Subtab, select:

- Type filter and set it to any of Item Fulfillment.
- Main Line filter and mark it as Yes or True.

- In the Results Subtab, first clear all existing columns by clicking Remove All.
- Then, add Document Number as a field, alongside any other necessary fields you wish to include.

- In the Transaction Subtab, select the saved search you created earlier.
- Label it as Item Fulfillments or any name that suits your preference.

- Choose Related Records for the tab to display your sublist or create a new tab if necessary.
- Ensure the Sale option is checked to display on sales-related forms.

- For the Field column, select Created From to establish a connection to your invoice data.
